About Mindful Motion

As a lifelong equestrian, my passion for horses began at a young age. Over time, I started to question where I truly belonged within the equine industry. I eventually realized that my purpose is to support horses directly—whether they're competitive athletes or cherished companions enjoying retirement. I’m dedicated to helping each horse feel their best at every stage of life, creating a space where they can relax, recover, and thrive.

All of my sessions include one hour of bodywork modalities including Swedish massage strokes, Myofascial Release, acupressure, and stretching. Each session will come with a digital report.
